Ahead Of Tha Game is the brainchild of its founder, Aaron W. Robinson, who developed the vision while incarcerated at SCI Benner. Having grown up in Lancaster, Mr. Robinson has always believed in the power of community and taking pride in where you come from.
Through conversations with a local mentor known as Coach Twin, Mr. Robinson became aware of the ongoing struggle many youth face in obtaining the equipment needed to participate in organized sports. He quickly realized this was not just a single teams issue, but a widespread challenge affecting children across low-income communities.
Driven by a desire to be part of the solution and to create meaningful change, Mr. Robinson turned that awareness into action by developing the idea for Ahead Of Tha Game.
With the support of a dedicated board, Ahead Of Tha Game is proud to be a nonprofit organization committed to helping youth from low-income households get involved in organized sports. We work to reduce financial barriers by assisting with registration fees, equipment costs, and other expenses that often prevent participation.

Aarayon Robinson (Board Member)

Aarayon Robinson is a Lancaster native who has remained deeply connected to his community.

Having grown up and attended school in the city, he now works full-time while continuing to give back in meaningful ways.

Aarayon has always had a strong passion for sports and community involvement, making him a natural fit for Ahead Of Tha Game. As a board member, he fully believes in the organization's mission and is committed to helping create opportunities for youth from low-income backgrounds to participate in organized sports and reach their full potential.

Brian Wallace was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from William Penn High School and continued his education by attending classes at Penn State. Brian currently works as a General Manager in the food industry.

He takes great pride in representing the Uptown section of Harrisburg and remains closely connected to his roots, still attending William Penn High School football games to this day. passionate about the culinary field  , Brian strongly believes in the importance of community outreach and investing in the youth.

Through Ahead Of Tha Game, he continues his commitment to giving back and making a positive impact on the next generation.

Dante Coach Twin Seals (Coach / Mentor)

Dante Coach Twin Seals was born and raised in Lancaster, where he participated in organized sports from a young age. After spending several years living in Baltimore, he returned to the area and now coaches youth sports in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

Coach Twin is passionate about mentoring and developing young athletes both on and off the field.

He finds fulfillment in watching his players grow, gain confidence, and experience the joy of the game. When his uncle, Aaron, introduced the vision for Ahead Of Tha Game, Coach Twin was immediately all in, eager to support a mission that aligns with his dedication to youth and community.

He is a graduate of William Penn High School, where he built the foundation for his work ethic and leadership mindset.

From there, he stepped into the world of entrepreneurship, becoming a logistics owner-operator and leading his own company, Phase One LLC. Through this role, he has developed hands-on experience in managing operations, coordinating transportation, and navigating the fast-paced demands of the logistics industry.

In addition to his logistics business, he expanded his entrepreneurial reach by becoming a franchise owner in the janitorial services industry. This move reflects his ability to diversify, recognize opportunity, and build multiple streams of income while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
